I need help on pairing a wine with these selections. I'm surprised that the recipes are listed without a wine choice, considering this is a wine site, haha. Anyway, I am hosting a dinner party and preparing 5 of these recipes: Steamed Australian Dim Sum and Honey Glazed Barley, Feta and Pumpkin cupcakes as a first course. Second course is the Macadamia, orange and tea-glazed salmon and snap pea feta salad, and bucatini with spinach, ricotta and macadamis sauce. Pavlovas for dessert. Anyone have some Australian wine suggestions??
