Often turning them almost meaty, the grill gives an alternative to regular baked or sauteed vegetable dishes.   • One of the best veggies to grill are brussel sprouts!!! cut them in half, drizzle olive oil, grill for about 4-7 minutes... then add salt, fresh ground pepper and it doesn't get much better than that.

    Well maybe - if you then take 'em off the grill and quickly pan fry them in the grease of two or three pieces of bacon that does make them better... and if you really want to go crazy first saute some diced onions in the bacon fat until they just begin to get charred and then add the sprouts. Yum!!!
