Loved all these sandwiches, but I gotta say - why wait till the end of the week to have a random italian deli sandwich? This is something that I'd rather plan for - having good salami, mortadella, and ham is important. I had some really good sams when I was at the Ligurian coast last year, even something as simple as anchovies and olive oil makes a great sandwich, with the right bread. More sandwich slides please!
