Something's fishy here: First, the title says "let the turkey be your guide," when the article says "ignore the damn turkey and pair w/ your stuffing." Then the rationale says "since it's so late, you can't use a specific recommendation" and proceeds to give very general pairings-- it would seem to work the other way "it's late so give me a specific recommendation!"
However, you got me thinking: I should pull out the bottle of wine I want to drink then think...what kind of stuffing would be best? (since we seem to agree you can drink almost anything w/ the turkey).

homestar, thanks for your comment. We take your point - this could be confusing, and that's the last thing we need when it comes to pre-Thanksgiving craziness! So, we've cut the turkey and brought out the stuffing in the sub-title.
As for the rationale behind the article, we think it would take too much time to hunt down specific recommendations at this stage, and cause more headaches, and heartaches, when one wine we recommend is not available in a store near you!
Wishing you a happy Turkey Day, served with whatever stuffing you pick!
