To me, there is almost nothing better on a relaxing day than cooking up breakfast for dinner. With my strong love of all foods breakfast, from buttery scones to fluffy scrambled eggs, this meal swap is appropriate no matter the season.

While a bowl of cereal is delicious at any time of day, it can have you back at the box in just a few hours. Look for breakfast foods higher in protein and fiber for a happy medium that will keep you full until morning.
