There is something almost sinful about devouring a plate of pancakes after the sun has gone down, and that pleasure just can't be beat for a breakfast lover like me.
The key to breakfast for dinner is preparing simple, classic dishes that are heavy enough to hold you through the night. While a bowl of cereal is delicious at any time of day, it can have you back at the box in just a few hours. Look for breakfast foods higher in protein and fiber for a happy medium that will keep you full until morning.
