From gazpacho to cold corn chowder, there are a great number of classic cold soup recipes. We prefer ours with the addition of something crunchy, like baked croutons, crusty French bread, or salted nuts.
While a few of these soups do require some cooking time on the stove to simmer down the fruits or veggies into a creamier base, the following chill in the refrigerator brings them down to an ultra-refreshing temperature come lunch or dinner time. Try one out tonight!
