My favorite kale recipe is to saute vidalia onions until they are just golden sweet withgarlic in extra virgin olive oil. Then I add the well rinsed kale. Then I add a nice white wine and chicken broth. Let this simmer for a few minutes. Then add a little light cream and serve over al dente pasta. Muuaahhh!! Delicious!!

Maurine, I do something similar, but use sherry instead of white wine, then add a touch of balsamic vinegar. When sauteeing the onions, I throw in a sliced garlic clove AND some dried cranberries. The garlic sweetens when it's cooked slowly, just like the onions.
