In the new year, I’ll go on a diet.
You’ve said it, I’ve said it, we’ve all said it! This is the year that my diet will start, and usually the year starts off with great success. Salads every other day, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables; maybe this dieting stuff isn’t so hard after all! But as they always do, good things eventually come to an end, and we find ourselves pushing aside the bowl of brown rice for that lovely plate of chili cheese fries. The diet is a difficult road to travel down, but it isn’t impossible. Rather than limiting yourself to what you think you should and should not be eating, perhaps it’s better to take a different approach.
