Swimmers diet? Me? I was on no such thing compared to the all-time Olympian.
Athletes have to be strict when it comes to keeping their bodies healthy and happy, the results of which we are seeing over in London right now. Every sport is different and the different body types for each sport need to be cared for in unique ways. Staying in shape by working out is a given, but it also requires a very specific diet. South Beach? Atkins? You ain’t got nothin’ on these diets.
