Summer's Last Licks This summer has been a long one. With heat waves setting records around the country, we've all spent much time looking for easy new ways to cool down. The outcome of this overheated, sweat-laden summer? A spike in interest in gourmet ice pops!

Over the past three or four months, there has been an influx of information out there on gourmet popsicles, with everyone from The New York Times to community food sites like Epicurious covering the trend. With flavors ranging from boozy to cream-filled, and opportunities endless, there is definitely something for everyone when it comes to these cool treats.

Though the days are slowly growing shorter and the weather is starting to steady, summer spirits are not yet ready to be quelled.
