How To: Luau Believe it or not, Tiki cocktails with colorful paper umbrellas are coming back. Bars like Lani Kai and PKNY (short for Painkiller New York) are serving up many a rum-laden throwback beverage to thirsty patrons eager to experience “exotic” fruit of a bygone era.
