New Takes on Milkshakes A good milkshake hits all the important dessert flavor groups. Smooth and creamy yet with a slight chew, delicate sweetness without overt cloy, filling and yet deceptively light, the delicious descriptions can go on and on.

While the options for milkshakes are near endless due to the range of potential ingredients, there are some unique takes that offer a variety to the tried and true classic. Things like Indian-influenced Lassi drinks or soy-based "health" milkshakes offer a number of new ways to stir up your favorite summertime drink.

Hi Kate - I honestly don't remember - sorry! It was another article with '5 ways to...' or '7 ways to...' from last week I think? Although that prob doesn't help you at all haha!
