Weekend Fix: Passover Makeover

Maybe you have the unenviable task of prepping a totally separate Kosher kitchen, or maybe you’re just tossing (or storing) every last trace of chametz in your place. Whatever your customs, chances are you’re tackling your Passover “to do” list right about now.

It's a long shot, sure, but we thought we might help with the menu. We realize there’s a serious spectrum of Passover seder traditions. And depending on your Judaic persuasion—if you’re Ashkenazi or Sephardic, how Kosher you keep, etc.—you might find these more or less helpful (or just late). But if you come away with even one new dish, or an idea to tweak your own, we’re satisfied. So take a look, and then try to find a new place to hide the afikoman.
