Super Bowl and Valentine's Day recipes

Baked from the Heart
We all know the way to a person's heart is through the stomach, and what blog could be more suited to the celebration of Valentine's Day than this aptly named one?

Jessica L. Fertig and Stephanie Shelan Katz are counting down to the day with their "Valentine's Day: 14 Days of Baking from YOUR Heart" series. They're off to a great start with Sweet Potato & Roasted Garlic Soup and Jessica's Refrigerator Pasta, and we're looking forward to counting down with them.

This is the blog for the duo's company Baked from the Heart, which offers baking and design workshops based on the belief that cooking is a "healing and life-affirming" creative process. We can get on board with that feel-good mission!

Stephanie also posts about her experiments in vegetarian and kosher cooking at the colorful, recipe-filled A Little Cheesy.
