After the past few weeks of sinfully scrumptious food blogs featured in WWBR, we decided it was time to feature a lighter blog with some more healthful, yet equally delicious, recipes. So if you, like we, are starting to feeling a bit weighted down from all those Chocolate Truffles with Sea Salt from And Now for Something Completely Delicious, or the Red Velvet Battered Onion Rings from The Food in My Beard, check out Nomz for some lighter Asian cuisine.

Nomz is an Asian-based food blog written by a young medical student in Philadelphia. She started the blog during her undergrad years as a way to keep track of her culinary adventures both in the kitchen and while traveling abroad, and has continued to let it grow. We particularly love her blog because of her focus on nutrition in each recipe. On top of that, the recipes are interesting and full of flavor, and she includes very easy-to-follow instructions.
We especially love her recipes for Japchae (Korean Cellophane Noodles) and Tofu Skin Rolls. If you are looking for a summer recipe, her Cioppino Soup is full of seafood and perfect for a summer dinner. Be sure to leave room for some Chocolate-filled Brioche, or save them for a delicious brunch.
