Who says pint-sized foodies can’t make an impression on the web? Certainly not me! A (self-proclaimed) pint-sized foodie myself, it was a delight to be come across The Bite-Sized Baker, a food blog run by “a little girl with a big passion for food.”

Not only are the captions a delight to read, but the recipes themselves are versatile. Claire, the baker herself, covers a wide array of dishes, including a healthy category (we love the Chicken Rollatini with Spinach), an indulgent category (wow – the combo of peanut butter, chocolate chips and candied bacon in cookies is ridiculous!) and, might I say, a delicious-looking category. All that being said, Claire is not just a bite-sized source of great recipes. She is young (currently an undergraduate at Northwestern University) and leads a busy life crammed with studying and playing college field hockey. Thankfully for us, she's baking and cooking every chance she gets!
