Beef Fajita Salad with Mango-Serrano Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 3 T water
  • 3 T lime juice
  • 2 T chopped cilantro
  • 1 c radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 large red onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 lb beef top sirloin steak, 1 inch thick
    • ½ t ground black pepper
    • 2 medium pablano peppers
    • Olive oil
    • 3 medium mangos, peeled and halved
