Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 pounds skirt steak, trimmed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 garlic cloves
