Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds skirt steak, trimmed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 assorted colored bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
