Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • guacamole and tomato salsa
  • 12 7- to 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 3 assorted colored bell peppers
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

    • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
    • 1 large red onion
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 2 pounds skirt steak, trimmed
    • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
