Ingredients

  • 2 pounds skirt steak, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large red onion
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 12 7- to 8-inch flour tortillas
