Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

  • Sour cream, for serving
  • 6-8 small flour tortillas
  • 1lb flank steak
  • olive oil
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 1lb marinated flank steak
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • Large handful fresh cilantro, chopped
    • Fresh ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp salt*
    • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • Juice and zest from one orange
    • 1 shot tequila (optional)
    • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • ¼ cup olive oil
