Ingredients

  • 1 red or yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • ¼ cup(s) cilantro - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil

    • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
    • Optional: Refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese
    • 1 large onion, sliced
    • 15 ounce(s) chopped tomatoes with mild green chiles
    • 3 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 pound(s) beefsteak (cuts from the chuck or flank work best)
    • 8 flour tortillas

Place the beefsteak into a glass baking dish or glass bowl. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil, lime juice, salt, black pepper, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, and honey.
