Beef Fajitas
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
- ½ teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1 red or yellow pepper, cut into strips
- ¼ cup(s) cilantro - chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil

- Optional: Refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 15 ounce(s) chopped tomatoes with mild green chiles
- 3 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 pound(s) beefsteak (cuts from the chuck or flank work best)
- 8 flour tortillas
Place the beefsteak into a glass baking dish or glass bowl. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil, lime juice, salt, black pepper, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, and honey.
