  • 1 ½ pounds boneless sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 mushrooms, halved
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 red onion, quartered, layers separated
    • ¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Preheat broiler or prepare a charcoal fire and let burn to a gray ash.
