Beef Yakitori

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 8 green onions
- ½ cup mirin (sweet rice wine) or dry sherry
- ½ cup chicken stock or low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup soy sauce, preferably reduced-sodium
