  • Cooking spray
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed (1 inch thick)
