  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 12 (6-inch) wooden skewers
  • ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
  • 1 ½ pounds flat iron steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Jade Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon MCCORMICK Gourmet Collection Ground Cumin
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon freshly ground MCCORMICK Gourmet Collection Peppercorn Mélange
    • ¾ teaspoon MCCORMICK Gourmet Collection Indian Curry Powder
