  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • ¼ cup(s) finely chopped red onion

  • ¼ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Red Pepper, Ground
  • 2 medium assorted colors bell peppers, seeded and quartered

    • Vegetable oil
    • 4 slice(s) Cheddar, Monterey Jack or American cheese
