Ginger Beef Mini Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced ginger, plus 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
- 4 to 6 chives, thinly sliced
- 2 thinly sliced spring onions
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- ½ head garlic, cloves peeled and thinly sliced, plus 1 tablespoon finely grated garlic
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- + 2 more ingredients

- ¾ pound beef tenderloin
