  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup red bell pepper strips
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
