Grilled Asparagus, Beef & Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 4 large shallots, halved, or 1 medium onion, quartered
- ¾ cup Wish-Bone Italian or House Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 container (4 oz.) blue cheese crumbles
- 1 pound boneless sirloin steak
- 2 cups your favorite salad greens
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
Pour 1/4 cup Wish-Bone House Italian Dressing over steak in large shallow nonaluminum baking dish or resealable plastic bag. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil steak, asparagus and shallots, turn...
