Grilled Asparagus, Beef & Blue Cheese Salad
- 4 large shallots, halved, or 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 2 cups your favorite salad greens
- 1 pound boneless sirloin steak
- ¾ cup Wish-Bone Italian or House Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 container (4 oz.) blue cheese crumbles
