Grilled Beef Skewers with Moroccan Spices
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Lime wedges
- 1 pound flank steak, cut into 1- x 2-inch pieces
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

- 1 yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
