Grilled Burgers & 3-Bean Salad

  • ½ cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 (11/2-ounce) whole-grain hamburger buns
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat Italian vinaigrette
  • ½ cup chopped carrot
  • 6 ounces lean ground sirloin or bison
  • ½ cup canned white beans, rinsed and drained
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • Romaine lettuce leaves
    • ½ cup green beans, fresh or frozen, thawed
