Grilled Burgers & 3-Bean Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup green beans, fresh or frozen, thawed
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ cup canned white beans, rinsed and drained
- 6 ounces lean ground sirloin or bison
- ½ cup chopped carrot
- 2 tablespoons low-fat Italian vinaigrette
- + 3 more ingredients

- 2 (11/2-ounce) whole-grain hamburger buns
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ½ cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1. Divide beef into 2 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. Rub olive oil on both sides of patties. 2. Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
