Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon less-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
    • 1 tablespoon honey

1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add steaks to bag; turn to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. 2.
