Grilled Porterhouse Steaks with Garlic-Herb Peppercorn Crust

- 2 beef Porterhouse or T-bone steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 1 pound each)
- Salt

- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh thyme
