Grilled Sirloin Salad


  • 2 tablespoon(s) reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
  • 12 cup(s) washed, dried and torn salad greens, such as escarole, curly endive, radicchio, watercress, or romaine
  • 2 teaspoon(s) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoon(s) black peppercorns, crushed

    • ¾ pound(s) beef sirloin, trimmed of visible fat, salt to taste
