Grilled Sirloin Steak (Colombian Churrasco)

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 lbs top sirloin steaks
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt (to taste)
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar (to taste)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

    • 1 bunch fresh parsley, about 2 cups leaves
