  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 jar Ragu Old World Style Margherita Smooth Pasta Sauce*
  • 2 cups chopped fresh cilantro, divided
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 ½ pounds flank or skirt steak
  • 1 cup regular or converted rice
  • 1 cup water
