Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) ketchup
- ½ teaspoon(s) fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon(s) liquid hickory smoke
- ¼ teaspoon(s) celery salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic - chopped
- ½ teaspoon(s) chili powder

- 2 tablespoon(s) white balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon(s) celery salt
- SAUCE:
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 pound(s) tri-tip beef roast
- ½ teaspoon(s) fresh garlic - chopped
- RUB:
- 1 tablespoon(s) molasses
