Mini Grilled Steak and Gorgonzola Pizzas

- 1 (1- to 1 1/4-lb.) BEEF Top Sirloin Steak (about 3/4-inch thick)
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 4 (6- to 7-inch-round) flatbreads
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 ½ cups fresh arugula
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
