Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) boneless beef sirloin, New York strip or rib-eye steak
  • 2 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Worcestershire Ground Black Pepper Blend
  • 3 tablespoon(s) water
  • 3 tablespoon(s) oil
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) McCormick® Onions, Minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar

1. Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl. Place steaks in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. 2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steaks from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Broil or grill over medium-...
