  • 1 tablespoon(s) McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 pound(s) boneless beef sirloin, porterhouse or New York strip steak
  • 1 tablespoon(s) light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon(s) McCormick® Oregano Leaves

1. Mix Steak Seasoning, sugar, onion powder and oregano in small bowl until well blended. Generously season steak with spice mixture. 2.
