Simple, Perfect Fresh-Ground Brisket Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 (1-pound) beef brisket, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 4 (1 1/2-ounce) hamburger buns, toasted
- Cooking spray
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 (1/4-inch-thick) tomato slices
