  • 4 5- to 6-ounce beef tenderloin steaks
  • ¼ ounce dried porcini mushrooms
  • ½ tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
