15 Minute Cheeseburger Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 ¾ cups water
  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 cups uncooked MINUTE White Rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. 2 Add water, ketchup and mustard. 3 Bring to a boil. 4 Stir in 2 cups uncooked Minute rice. 5 Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 6 Cover; cook on low heat 5 minutes.
