Algerian Kefta (Meatballs)
Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon ras el hanout (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 3 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced, divided
