  • ¾ pound lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped (about ¾ cup)
  • 1 ¾ cups Swanson® Beef Broth or Swanson® Beef Stock
  • 1 can (about 8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
    • Shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
    • Sour cream (optional)
