Asian Beef Casserole


  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ¾ cup(s) uncooked rice
  • 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup(s) water
  • 4 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 can(s) cream of celery soup

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain and put into casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Place covered casserole dish into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 4-6 servings. * Note - may also use instant rice and cook for 30 minutes.
