Ingredients

  • 16 Boston Bibb or butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 pound(s) lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cooking oil
  • 1 onion, chopped (large)
  • Asian chile pepper sauce (optional)
  • 1 can(s) water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped (8 ounce can)
  • 1 bunch(s) green onions, chopped

    • 2 clove(s) fresh garlic, minced

Rinse whole lettuce leaves and pat dry, being careful not tear them. Set aside.
