  • ¼ cup(s) chopped peanuts
  • ¼ cup(s) hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced

    • 2 scallions, chopped
    • 1 piece(s) ginger, peeled & finely grated (2 inch piece)
    • 1 pound(s) ground beef
    • 2 teaspoon(s) Vegetable oil

Separate, clean & dry lettuce leaves. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil & sauté beef until brown. Stir in ginger, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes & hoisin sauce.
