Asian Noodles


  • 1 (12.0 ounce package) angel hair pasta or thin spaghetti
  • ½ (cup) beef broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 1 ½ (tablespoon) Hoisin sauce
  • 4 (tablespoon) soy sauce
  • 2 (tablespoon) white wine vinegar
  • ¼ (teaspoon) crushed red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

In a small bowl, whisk all of the sauce ingredients together to combine. Set aside. In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil.
