  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softned
  • 4 oz. can diced green chiles drained
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack monterey cheese
