Balsamic-Glazed Filet Mignon

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
• 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons dry sherry
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• Cooking spray

  • 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks
